WHO IS ELIGIBLE:

Owners or lessees of passenger motor vehicles who are residents of the State of Tennessee and are recipients of one of the following:

  • Medal of Honor
  • Distinguished Service Cross
  • Distinguished Flying Cross
  • Navy Cross
  • Air Force Cross

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

Applicant must provide a letter or DD214 from the Department of Veterans Services indicating they are recipients of one of the following: the Medal of Honor, the Distinguished Service Cross, the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal, the Navy Cross and the Air Force Cross.

PERSONALIZATION:

This plate cannot be personalized.
